By buying home within your budget and not the mortgage companies, you are guaranteed to save thousands of dollars.

The benefits of creating and living on budget while you are renting, helps you understand where your money is being spent.  With a budget you can identify and eliminate wasteful spending, pay down any bad debt, save for a down payment for your new home, and save for emergencies (3-6 months of living expenses).
